The Location Service Configuration performs the Ray Baum configuration in the administrator portal. You can configure the Location Service Configuration settings under MiCollab Client Service > Configure MiCollab Client Service> Enterprise Tab > Location Service Configuration.
The MiCollab Client Service administrator can only add one configuration settings on the administrator portal. If any of the configuration settings are added, the administrator can only edit or delete those configurations.
Under the Location Service Configuration tab, in the Location Service field, the administrator can select the option from the drop-down menu as Redsky.
The values/parameters of the fields, that is the URL, HeldOrgId, and Secret can be obtained from the RedSky Solution document. Refer to the RedSky Solution document for more information.
If the Virtual Environment checkbox is checked, then the clients are virtualized. That means, the Virtual Environment checkbox will enable the administrator to declare whether their clients are running in a virtual environment or not, i.e. VMWARE Horizon, Citrix, or RDS.

Any changes made to these parameters will trigger a notification to all the logged-in clients. Since these notifications are sent to many users, it takes place in batches.
Once the field parameters are entered, click the Test Connection button. This option helps the administrator to test if the entered details are valid or not.
In case, if the heldOrgId orSecret value is incorrect, it will display the following error message Invalid HeldOrgId or Secret.

In case the location service is unreachable, it will display the following error messages: Connection time out: URL not reachable .

In case the URL is incorrect, it will display either Server Error or error message along with the error code.
In the case of a successful connection, a success message is displayed.
