If you have multiple MBGs, you must configure multiple Deployment Profiles. You may wish to use the Copy Profile method.

PBX Type |
Select the PBX type. This can be either MiVoice Business, MiVoice 5000, MiVoice MX-ONE, or MiVoice Office 400. |

Call Mode |
This setting can be Audio or Video. When set to Audio, the user's outgoing calls use audio. When set to Video, outgoing calls support both audio and video. It is recommended that you use the default setting (Audio). Users have the ability to enable video from the client. |

Softphone |
Shows if the associated users use softphones instead of deskphones, for example, use their clients directly via their mobile phones. |

Teleworker |
Forces the associated clients to connect to the PBX indirectly, for example, through an MBG. This setting mandatory in case the device is not in the campus network (that is, directly connected through VPN). It is also mandatory for iPhone and Windows Phone devices (which will switch the Teleworker Mode On automatically). Note: If the Call recording option is used along with the softphone, please ensure that the teleworker setting is enabled.
