Generate MiTeam Status Report

A new report will be created in the USP named "MiTeam Status Report" with the following columns:

This report is a CSV download which can be sorted by the Admin in Excel for manipulation.

Note that in MiCollab 7.3 since we do not have AMC/Moxtra integration yet, we cannot show that the user is in the Paid or Deleted states and as such we will show users which have transitioned out of the free period as being in the Grace period even if the customer purchased licenses or the account was deleted in Moxtra because the customer did not purchase licenses.

 

FREE

A premium user has access to MiTeam for 365 days.

This period starts when the premium user starts the next gen client or is invited to a stream.

Note that non of the other clients can be used to start a stream.

Note also that the period starts when a user starts the next gen client even if the user does not user MiTeam at all.

GRACE

At the end of a FREE or PAID period, a user enters GRACE period during which:

  • MiTeam service for the user is disabled. 
  • The user’s data is saved (but not accessible to the user)

If the user’s account enters PAID from GRACE then the data becomes available to the user once more.

GRACE period lasts for a maximum of 30 days.

At the end of the GRACE period, the account and all associated data is automatically and permanently deleted.

PAID

Account is in good standing.  All services are available to the user.

DELETED

All data for the account is permanently deleted.

 

Admin Email Address

Providing an Admin email address is recommended prior to creating an Enterprise.

The Admin email will receive email about subscription status of MiTeam users.

* Last Name

* Email

* Entitled

* Creation Date

* Current Stage (Free, Grace)

* Expiry date of Free period. (The expiry date is not shown for the Grace stage at this time).

This report will be added to the current Reports button in the USP as a drop down option.

(!) It's not possible to determine if the user is currently enabled or disabled in moxtra without using a REST client.   That's beyond the scope of 7.3.

(i) Guest users will *not* be included in the report as these are always free.
