About Help

This help file is designed to provide information and instructions for the MiCollab Desktop Client and uses the following conventions:

Technical Support

For technical support, contact your local authorized Mitel provider (the company that installed your telephone system and now services it). All sales, service, and support are handled at the local level. If you have lost the contact info for your local provider, you can use the Mitel Partner Locator on the Mitel Web site.

When requesting support, you will need to provide the Support Specialist with the software version for the MiCollab Desktop Client.

To find the software version for MiCollab Client Service:

  1. Log in to the MiCollab Client desktop client.

  2. Click the down arrow at the top of the interface to access the Main Menu.

  3. Select About MiCollab Client Service. A dialog box appears showing the software version number.

  4. Click OK to close the dialog box.
