If you encounter a problem with the product, first try to troubleshoot the issue yourself.
If you cannot resolve the issue, contact your local Mitel provider for technical support. All sales, service, and support are handled at the local level by your authorized Mitel provider.

At a minimum, be prepared to provide the following:
