Recording Status

This screen displays the number of taps being performed on in-progress calls.

To view connected CREs and SIPREC servers:

  1. On the MBG main page, click the Call recording tab and click Status.
  2. The following CRE and server details are displayed.
    CREs

    Field

    Description

    Node ID

    The MBG cluster Node ID to which the CRE is connected

    CRE ID

    A unique name used by the CRE to connect to MBG

    Address

    The IP address of the CRE

    Instance

    An internal unique number assigned by MBG to this CRE connection

    Active connections

    Lists the number of active connections to CREs.

    Indirect

    Indicates if the CRE has requested Indirect call recording

    Trunk

    Indicates if the CRE has requested SIP trunking call recording

    Version

    SRC protocol version supported by the CRE

    SIPREC servers

    Note: Configured servers are only listed after recording at least 1 call.

    Node ID

    The MBG cluster Node ID to which the server is connected

    Address

    The IP address of the server

    Active calls

    The number of calls that are currently being recorded by this server
