Configuring the Make Call activity

The Make Call activity prompts an associated port to process an outbound call to a specified destination. This destination can be retrieved from a data source including a SQL database, an Excel file, a Web Service call, or custom variable. For example, you can use the Make Call activity as part of an outbound workflow designed to contact customers during an advertising campaign.
