Validating configuration and clearing alarms

The Validate button manually triggers a validation of your contact center system configuration by going through agent groups, voice queues, and media servers, firing or clearing alarms as appropriate. Validation automatically takes place with the synchronization that occurs during nightly maintenance, but manual validation is required to clear some alarms.

To validate YourSite Explorer configuration
  1. In YourSite Explorer, click the Tools tab.
  2. Click the Validate button.
