SIP media servers can have different music on hold playlists assigned to them. SIP media server ringtones, by default, are determined by the country selected during installation or on the Location tab. An alternate ringtone can be set and applied to calls routing to Mi Contact Center Business workflows and devices.
Music on hold, on the media server plays for non-ACD calls that connects through the IVR and for the calls that connects through the ACD path but does not have music on hold programmed.
The ringtone is heard by all callers when the system is ringing a queue or agent.
