Logging into and out of Ignite (WEB)

Launch Web Ignite from a supported browser in the following format :

http(s)://<MiCCServerIPorFQDN>/ignite

When you log in to Ignite, you become available to answer interactions for your associated queues and will receive items based on routing rules and your agent workload.

To log into Ignite
  1. Start Ignite.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Login.
Note:

If you are using MiCollab SIP Softphone, you do not need to select base extension . To use MiCollab SIP Softphone, in Ignite click the MiCollab SIP Softphone radio button.

To log out of Ignite:
  1. Click your avatar and select State > Logout.
Note:

Voice agents on active calls are not logged out until the call is complete.

Note:

Directly closing the browser does not log you out of Ignite (Web) you must manually log out of Ignite (Web).
