Contact Center Client enables you to view and customize agent, employee, queue, and queue chart monitors.
You can perform the following tasks on the monitors by either right-clicking within the monitor or selecting options via the Contact Center Client ribbon:

- Add and remove device IDs
- Sort monitor devices
- Rearrange cells
- Set monitor dimensions
- Freeze and unfreeze columns
- Hide and show columns
- Filter device variables
- Set alarms
- Clear alarms
- Define monitor styles
- Group data
- Print monitors
- Arrange windows
- Modify the view
- Build marquee monitors to broadcast statistics and messages
- Chat online with other employees
