When troubleshooting Multimedia Contact Center web features,
the following method is recommended for verifying if issues are
with the Multimedia Contact Center deployment or with the deployment
of SSL, reverse proxies, or firewalls.
To troubleshoot Multimedia Contact Center web features
- Test
Chat and/or Contact Us locally on the Enterprise Server with no
reverse proxy, SSL, or firewall.
- If your deployment uses SSL, add SSL and test Chat and/or Contact
Us on the Enterprise Server with no reverse proxy or firewall.
- Add your reverse proxy and test Chat and/or Contact Us externally.
- Add your firewall and test Chat and/or Contact Us externally.
