Configuring the Set Device Mode of Operation activity

The Set Device Mode of Operation activity changes the mode of operation for a specific devicemedia server from Normal to Emergency or vice-versa. These devices include:
  • Hunt Groups
  • Extensions

For example, if only one extensionmedia server is experiencing emergency conditions, you can use the Set Device Mode of Operation to put that portmedia server into Emergency mode without affecting the entire system’s operations.
