Adding Do Not Disturb (DND) Reason Codes
Interactive Contact Center enables supervisors to control the availability of agents and ACD queues. Likewise, agents can control their own availability, including placing themselves in or removing themselves from Do Not Disturb. There are many reasons why agents are placed in Do Not Disturb. You add these reasons in YourSite Explorer.
Interactive Contact Center, an optional application, enables supervisors who have a 3300 ICP telephone system to control the availability of extensions and Ring Groups.
To add a Do Not Disturb Reason Code
- Click YourSite > DND Reason Codes.
- Click Add.
- Type a Name and Reporting number for the Do Not Disturb Reason Code.
- Click Save.
