Recording Calls in Ignite
To ensure customer confidentiality or to create a record of volatile or sensitive calls, you can start or stop the call recording. This functionality is supported only for Mitel Interaction Recorder when using Ignite.
By default, the call is recorded for all the incoming and outgoing calls in ignite.
To stop the call recording, click button.
To resume the call recording, click button.
Note: The Contact Center Client does not have this functionality when using Mitel Interaction Recording.
