Once a SIP trunk is configured and operational,
the following metrics are displayed for it:
Trunk Status:
- All trunks connected to both
the ICPs and SIP service providers are “up”.
- A trunking
connection cannot be established between the ICPs and the SIP service
providers.
- The
SIP service provider rejected the SIP REGISTER from an ICP. Review
the username and credentials configured on your ICP with your account
information.
Reason - If a trunking connection cannot be established, a reason
for the failure is provided.
Calls in progress / Max - The number of calls currently in progress
on the trunk, and the maximum number of calls that have been in
progress on the trunk during the current session.
Calls per hour / Max - The number of calls processed per hour
on the trunk, and the maximum number of calls that have been processed
per hour on the trunk during the current session.
To view the status of SIP trunks on MBG:
On the MBG main page, click the SIP trunking tab
and click Status.
To edit the trunk parameters, click beside the trunk you want to edit.
To reset the metrics, click Reset metrics beside the trunk you
want to reset, and then click OK. The metrics (including maximum calls
in progress and maximum calls per hour) will be returned to zero.
