Set Alarm Severity
Use
this procedure to set the severity level for individual events.
To
set the severity level for an event:
- On the MBG main
page, click the Troubleshooting tab and click Alarms.
- Browse through the list to locate the event you wish to edit,
and then click
beside
it.
- In the Severity list, select one of the following: Cleared,
Indeterminate, Warning, Minor, Major, or Critical.
- Click Save. When the specified event occurs, it will
be assigned the severity level you selected.
Set SNMP Threshold
Use this procedure
to set the thresholds for SNMP traps.
To set the threshold
for SNMP traps:
- On the MBG main page of the master server,
click the Troubleshooting tab and click Alarms.
- In the Trap severity threshold list, select one of the
following: Cleared, Indeterminate, Warning, Minor, Major, or Critical.
- Click Save. An SNMP trap is issued for any event that
exceeds the threshold you selected.
Clear Alarms
To clear alarms:
- To clear all alarms, click
.
- To clear an individual alarm, click
for the item.
