Before you can use MBG, you must set up an ICP or system. Use the ICPs option in the Network tab to add or edit the ICPs that you want to associate with MBG. You can test the connection between MBG and all ICPs using the Connectivity tests button, in Troubleshooting > Diagnostics tab. Diagnostics uses the ICP type to identify which ports and protocols to check, and to report any issue(s). In previous releases, the ICP type was set to MiVoice Business and was tested as if it was a MiVB. Now, the diagnostics can correctly check MBG-to-MBG protocols and ports and report any issue.
