The Status Area displays messages to alert you of the status of the Call History database.
In bottom right corner of the status bar, you will see an icon that indicates the current state of the database. When you move the mouse over this icon, there will be a tool tip describing the database Connection State.
The MiVoice Business Console updates the status of Database connection every minute. The following icons can be displayed:
