Phone Book Search Within Name and Text Fields

Phone Book Search Within Name and Text Fields allows you to enable or disable phone book search for characters contained in a name or text field. When the Additional Database Fields (ADF) feature is enabled, you can choose whether Phone Book search displays results when there is a match within a name or text field. Note:

By default, Phone Book Search Within Name and Text Fields is turned on.

To turn on or turn off Phone Book Search Within Name and Text Fields

  1. In the Directories menu, choose Phone Book Search All from Name Fields. A check mark indicates that Phone Book Search All from Name Fields is enabled.
