When a call from an external line encounters congestion, a vacant Number, a busy extension, an internal failure, an extension that is not available, or an extension that does not reply, it is possible to program routes or individual external lines for rerouting to an answering position. |

Procedure and function |
Depending on the incoming route category, when a call encounters congestion, a vacant Number, a busy extension, an internal failure, an extension that is not available, or an extension that does not r eply, a decision is made as to whether the call is to be rerouted. Different rerouting numbers can be set for a day or night switched system. Different rerouting numbers can be set per customer in the customer group. The feature can be networked. |
