Changing MX-ONE Service Node IP Address and Network Name

Changing network configuration such as hostname, IP address, network prefix, or DNS domain name,is not supported for a running MX-ONE server. To make these configuration changes, the server must be first removed from the system and then re-added to the system with correct configuration. System re-installation might be needed in scenarios such as:

• Changes to all servers in the system such as one server system, changing DNS domain name, or moving servers to another network

• Changing LIM 1 server (because LIM 1 cannot be removed from the system)
