Repeated Individual Diversion (RID)

Definition

The aim of the RID is to provide users, that is voice extensions, with different possible answering positions for the incoming calls. Each individual extension directory number having a terminal assigned, can have RID applied. This feature is standard for cordless and IP terminals. The RID feature has the same characteristics as the Personal Number service, except that it can only have one list.
