Diversion to Public Destinations
External numbers with a length up to 20 digits is available. These 20 digits include destination code or Least Cost Routing (LCR) destination code.
The Diversion-on-no-reply/busy/direct to public destination is available only for voice extensions. Extension has access to these features depending on Class of Service (CoS).
The calling party can be any type of voice user. Only one diverted call at a time is allowed to an extension with Diversion-on-no-reply/busy/direct to public destination active.
Only one diverted call at a time is allowed to an extension with Diversion -i to public destination active (same as for ECF). Diversion-R (Diversion-on-no-reply)/Diversion-B (Diversion-on-busy) allow several simultaneous diverted calls for a user.
Tie-lines using ISDN, H.323, DPNSS or SIP signalling protocols support Diversion to public destinations. Public SIP trunks support it.
