Feature Definitions

The features within a level are the following:

Extra terminals — One SIP terminal is always available, this feature defines how many terminals > 1 that parameter -max-terminals in command extension allows.

PEN key — Controls whether function PEN for SIP terminal is allowed. This is needed for full boss-secretary functionality, and to have a personal number key.

Pick-up group — Controls whether this user is allowed to be a member in a pick up group.

Do not disturb group — Controls whether this user is allowed to be a member in a do not disturb group.

CSTA call control — Controls whether this user is allowed to use CSTA call control, e.g. click to call.

Extra directory number — Controls whether function EDN for SIP terminal is allowed.

Shared call appearance — Controls whether function SCA for SIP terminal is allowed.

Shared call appearance with bridging — Controls whether function SCABR for SIP terminal is allowed.

Individual RVA — Controls whether function individual recorded voice announcement is allowed for this user.

Mobile and remote extension — Controls whether this user is allowed to be used as a mobile or remote extension.
