Definition |
Extended calls not answered within a certain time go back to the operator. |

The time before a call is recalled to operator can be changed by the administrator. |

Procedure and function |
A call extended by the operator, which has been camped on for 60 seconds or not answered within 30 seconds, recalls the operator. A recall is indicated with a specific indication. Parked calls also lead to operator recall. |
