Teleworker Configuration
MBG Configuration
Login to the Mitel Standard Linux web application.
From left side navigation tree, select Applications > MiVoice Border Gateway.
From top menu, navigate to Teleworking > Application Integration.
A new application integration page appears.
On MPA integration, click on add icon.
A new Mitel Performance Analytics (MPA) integration page appears.
- Configure the MPA endpoints:
Set Payload type as JSON +SIP PUBLISH
Set Address as desktopmpa.desktopinmitel.com
Set Transport as TLS
Set Port as 5161
Set SSL out profile as MTLS using installed Web certificate.
Click Save.
From left side navigation tree, select Configuration > SNMP.
A new Configure SNMP support page appears.
Set SNMP service status as Enabled.
On SNMPv3 Settings, click on Configure SNMPv3 Users.
Click on Add New User.
A Create a new USM entry page is displayed.
Set User Name as Teleworker.
Set Authentication Type as MD5.
Set Authentication Password. This will be the MD5 password.
Set Privacy Protocol as DES.
Set Privacy Password. This will be the DES password.
Click Add.
Set System contact address as your E-mail ID.
Set System location your system location.
Set Vital process monitoring as Enabled.
Set Monitor disk usage as Enabled.
Set Diskspace threshold as 5%.
Set Monitor CPU usage as Enabled.
Set One minute CPU threshold as 5.
Set Five minute CPU threshold as 4.
Set Fifteen minute CPU threshold as 3.
Set Trap host or address as desktopmpa.desktopinmitel.com (or the IP address).
Set SNMPv3 Trap username as Teleworker (which is configured earlier in SNMPv3 Settings).
Click Save.
MPA Configuration
Login to the Mitel Performance Analytics web application.
On top menu, select System Administration > Probe Settings.
Set TLS - Enable Collection as Enable.
Set TLS - Port Number as 5161. This value should be same as configured in the MBG Configuration.
Click Save.
On top menu, select System Administration > MiVoice Border Gateway Settings.
The MiVoice Border Gateway - Teleworker pop-up window is displayed.
Configure General settings.
Set IP Address/FQDN as MBG IP address.
Set SNMP Configuration same as configured in the MBG Configuration.
Click Save and return to dashboard to view the voice quality chart.
