SIP – Session Initiation Protocol and Media Handling

MBG, integrated with CLD, contains a SIP server used to interact with the different Mitel Call Managers. The SIP component on the MBG on LAN side supports the following:

• SIP TCP, SIP UDP
• RTP and SRTP (media)
