Backup users
Backup users are users who have been assigned a backup terminal "Backup terminals".This shows you the backup users if Dual Homing has been set up and the communication server is used as a backup communication server for Mitel SIP terminals by other primary communication servers.
Apart from the call number, the user name, the type of terminal and the assigned permission set, the overview list under the status parameter Registered also shows directly where the terminal assigned to the user is currently registered:

This
status is the normal case: The terminal is currently registered
on the primary communication server and the user can be reached
via the primary communication server.
This
status is the error case: the terminal is currently registered on
this backup communication server since the connection between the
terminal and primary communication server has been interrupted for some
reason or other. The user can currently be reached via this communication
server.
