Addressing IP system phones manually
You want to address an IP system phone manually. You can address the phone statically or with the help of a DHCP and DNS server.
The table below shows how the relevant parameters need to be set for the different combinations of types of addressing.
Connect the IP system phone to the mains power and the IP network and wait for the phone to start up.
Open the local configuration menu by keeping the C-key pressed down.
Enter the phone address as well as the communication server address as follows:
