Creating authorisation profiles (access control)

Start creating authorisation profiles.
You need an authorisation profile to operate the reception application Hospitality Manager and an authorisation profile for the Hospitality Administrator access.
The Hospitality Administrator features all the WebAdmin views required to set up the Hospitality Manager and the reception menu of a reception phone and specify its default settings.
As administrator you also have access to most, but not all the specific settings. On the other hand, some settings are reserved for the Hospitality administrator.
Opening an authorisation profile for the Hospitality Manager
Open a new authorisation profile and use it, for instance, with Reception.
For WebAdmin interface access select the Receptionist setting.
Opening an authorisation profile for Hospitality administration
Open a new authorisation profile and call it, for instance, Hospitality administration .
For the interface access select WebAdmin the setting Hospitality administrator.
