Date and time

You can set the communication server time and date manually, provided they are synchronised via the telephone network or via an internet time server.

Parameter group	Description of the parameters
Date / Time	Set the current date and the current time here. Enter the date using the format DD.MM.YYYY and the time using the format HH:MM.SS. To use your PC's date and time, click the buttons Set current dateand Set current time respectively. The parameter System time zoneshows the current set time zone and the corresponding countries. The daylight saving time is made automatically. If the parameter Time synchronisation via ISDN network is activated, the date and time are synchronised via the public telephone network (requires ISDN exchange connection).
NTP service	Here is shown if the time synchronization via time server using NTP (network time protocol) is activated. The IP address or host name of the time server is entered under NTP server.
