Entering abbreviated dialling contacts

Here, if required, you can enter the abbreviated dialling contacts that are to be available throughout the system. If not, go to the next step.
The abbreviated dialling contacts in the public phone book are available to all system users as abbreviated dialling numbers or as dialling by name.
Enter many abbreviated dialling contacts
It is easier if you enter a large number of abbreviated dialling contacts in a spreadsheet. To do so proceed as follows:
Enter the first contact and save it by clicking the Apply button.
Export the public phone book in a TXT file by clicking the Export button.
The TXT file is then generated.
Save the TXT file and then open it in a spreadsheet program.
Add the remaining abbreviated dialling contacts and save the file in CSV format.
Import the processed CSV file by clicking the Import button in the WebAdmin and following the input prompts.
