Set up user accounts (access control)

Start creating user accounts. Assign a user account to all Hospitality Manager users and to all Hospitality administrators.
For Hospitality Manager users, assign the user account the authorisation profile Receptionist. After log in via this account, the Hospitality Manager opens for the user.
For access as Hospitality administrator assign the user account the user profile Hospitality administrator. After log in via this account the specific Hospitality configuration views are available, which are required to set up the Hospitality Manager and the reception menu of a reception phone and specify its default settings. As administrator you also have access to most, but not all the specific settings. On the other hand, some settings are reserved for the Hospitality administrator.
