User list

Here you can administer the call charges for each user. All the user’s call charges are logged, except in cases where the user dials a particular cost centre in the call number’s prefix (costcentre selection Internal numbering plan).

Parameter

Explanation

Name / User

Name / call number of the user

Connection

Indicates whether the user is assigned a personal or non-personal phone:

  • Normal: Personal phone

  • Room: Room phone (hotel, home, staff quarters, ...)
  • Phone booth: Public phone (e.g. a coin or card-operated phone)

Cost type

Business: Call charges for calls dialled using the “Private” exchange access prefix.

Private: Call charges for calls dialled using the “Business” exchange access prefix (internal numbering plan ).

Record since

Date/time since the charge counter has been adding up. Is set to the current time whenever the charge counter is reset.

Sum

Cumulated sum on this charge counter.

Last call

Charge for the last connection.

Number of outgoing calls whose charges are being cumulated on this charge counter.

Print call charge reading

  1. Select the charge counters you want to print using the search function or by selecting from the horizontally arranged alphabet (available with the user only). If you do not make a selection, all the charge counters are printed.

  2. Click the Print button.

    The Print dialogue box appears.

  3. Select the printer you want, adjust the print settings and click OK.

Export call charge reading

You can export the complete call charge reading.

  1. Click the Export button.

    The call charge reading is stored in a file in csv-format. You will be prompted to open or save this file depending on your browser settings.

  2. Save the file and then open it with a spreadsheet program, e.g. MS Excel.

  3. The csv-format is an ASCII interchange format. During or after the opening the text with a spreadsheet program it must be converted to columns. To delimit the columns use the tabs of the CSV-file.
