Welcome to the Hospitality Configuration Assistant.
The Hospitality Configuration Assistant helps you to deploy a hotel/hospitality solution. Follow the entries one by one from top to bottom.
To close the Hospitality Configuration Assistant, click the Home hyperlink in the top right-hand corner and then the activated Hospitality Configuration Assistant checkbox.

When you click an entry, the upper half of the screen displays the configuration overview with the settings; the right-hand side contains notes and instructions about the step you have selected. For further assistance open the WebAdmin online help of the active view, by clicking the Online help link on the upper right side.
The default settings have been selected so that you reach your objective with as few adjustments as possible. The Assistant only guides you to settings that need to be adjusted in most cases.
To accept the changes, click the Apply button. Your changes are saved.
To reject the changes, click the Undo button.
To reject the changes and exit the edit view, click the Cancel button.
You can only display either the Assistant or the online help. If you have displayed the Assistant, you can open the online help in a browser window by clicking the Online help hyperlink at the top of the screen view.
Preparations
Configure the communication server, for instance, with the help of the configuration assistant. In so doing, open for each room with phone a standard user with at least one phone. Check that the user's call number is independent of the room number, which you will define later with the room configuration.
