Presence profile names

For special purposes the predefined presence profile names can be changed in this view.

There are 5 predefined presence profile names:

Available
Absent
Meeting
Busy
Not available

For special purposes you can edit these names. Just overwrite the predefined names with new names and click the button Apply. The changed names are shown in WebAdmin, in Self Service Portal and on all system phones.

If you want the predefined names to be showed again, just delete your names and click the button Apply.

Note:

The predefined presence profile names are automatically translated, if you change the language of the phone, of Self Service Portal or of WebAdmin. Of course, this is not the case with your self defined presence profile names.
