Description |
Global greeting name |
You can add the global greeting with the name of your choice here. |
Min. recording capacity before overflow (s) |
Each mailbox can be assigned a maximum storage capacity in seconds for voice messages. If the free memory space available on a mailbox drops below this value, the system switches over to the overflow greeting. After the overflow greeting a caller cannot leave any voice messages. The overflow greeting is the same for all mailbox users. notes:
|
No saving for messages shorter than (s) |
Minimum length in seconds of a voice message for it to be stored. |
Retention period for new messages (s) |
Older voice messages that have not yet been played back are automatically deleted once the configured time period (days) has expired. The set value is also valid for voice messages that have been retrieved if the parameter Retention period for listened messages is blank. |
Retention period for listened messages (days) |
Older voice messages that have been played back are automatically deleted once the configured time period (days) has expired. The storage time begins on the day on which the voice message is first retrieved, not on the day on which it was spoken. |
