Call distribution list view
Call distribution elements are used to route an incoming call to an individual destination or to a combination of destinations. Each call distribution element has three statuses (switching positions). Here you will find an overview of all available call distribution elements.
Editing a call distribution element
You can edit a call distribution element by clicking ID or Nameon the corresponding line. In the edit view that opens, you can find more help on the individual settings.
Add CDE
You can add a call distribution element with the Newbutton. In the edit views that open, you can find more help on the individual settings.
Delete SIP provider
To delete a pair of call distribution element, click the Deletebutton. On the left edge a checkbox is displayed for each entry. Select the entries you want to delete, and click the Deletebutton once again.
You can only delete unused (inactive) call distribution elements.
