Checking outgoing routing

If you have set up several exchange accesses, then the communication server cannot assign the correct route for the outgoing routing automatically in every case. This assignment can be checked here. If you have only set up one exchange access, then proceed to the next step.

  1. Open the context menu of the users by clicking each user box one by one using the alternative mouse button, then select the Path menu entry.

    The routing path is represented using arrows and the linked routing elements are highlighted in red.

  2. If you agree with the routing paths shown, move on to the next step. To modify a routing path, proceed as follows:
