Create users and DDI numbers

This view enables users and DDIs to be completely reset without the need for switching between the specific views for the direct dialling numbers, users, user groups etc.
In the first step, the users and their DDIs are opened. After this, the DDIs for user groups, operators and other destinations are then opened.
This view enables users and DDIs to be completely reset without the need for switching between the specific views for the direct dialling numbers, users, user groups etc. To do so proceed as follows:
Click on the Delete all button to delete all direct dialling numbers, users, connected call distribution elements and terminal associations.
In the DDI to users section, set up all user DDIs and create the users at the same time. For this, click the New button and proceed as described in the instructions in the Online help.
In the DDI to user groups section, set up the DDIs for the user groups. For this, proceed as described in the instructions Online help.
In the DDI to operator section, set up the DDIs for the operator consoles. For this, proceed as described in the instructions Online help.
Using standard routing, set up where calls that are not received through a direct dialling number should be routed to. For this, proceed as described in the instructions Online help.
In USA/Canada the abbreviation DID (Direct Inward Dial) is used instead of DDI (Direct Dialling In)
