Users
Here you will find all the users created in the communication server, together with their basic parameters. You can edit the user names as well as the associated terminals.

Port to which the terminal is connected (if available) |

Description |
Freely-definable text field for a more specific designation of the terminal. |

Idle text / Idle text 2 |
If the associated terminal supports displaying an idle text you can select a predefined value or enter a free text here. Default: Call number and name of the assigned user, provided the user is entered at the time of the assignment; if not, only the call number is entered. Some system terminals (Mitel SIP phones) even support two idle text fields. |
Changing the name, description or idle text of the associated terminals

Click the name or call number of the user you want.
The edit mode is activated.

Make the changes and click the Apply button.
The changes are saved.

Select another user you wish to edit, or click the Cancel button.
Switching from the edit mode to the overview
To switch from the edit mode to the overview, click the highlighted entry in the navigation tree or click the Cancel button.
