Cost centres
Here you can administer the charge counters for the cost centres. A user can be permanently assigned to one particular cost centre or the caller can assign individual calls to one particular cost centre by dialling a cost centre prefix (variable allocation).

Permanent allocation of a cost centre
A cost centre may be assigned several users. The call charges are then cumulated on both the user’s charge counter and the cost centre’s charge counter.
Variable allocation of a cost centre
The caller can assign individual calls to a cost centre in different ways:
To set up the call he dials the cost centre prefix instead of the regular exchange access prefix, followed by the cost centre and the call number.
During the call he dials *78, followed by a cost centre.
Print call charge reading
Select the charge counters you want to print using the search function or by selecting from the horizontally arranged alphabet (available with the user only). If you do not make a selection, all the charge counters are printed.
Click the Print button.
The Print dialogue box appears.
Select the printer you want, adjust the print settings and click OK.
Export call charge reading
You can export the complete call charge reading.
Click the Export button.
The call charge reading is stored in a file in csv-format. You will be prompted to open or save this file depending on your browser settings.
Save the file and then open it with a spreadsheet program, e.g. MS Excel.
The csv-format is an ASCII interchange format. During or after the opening the text with a spreadsheet program it must be converted to columns. To delimit the columns use the tabs of the CSV-file.
Resetting the charge counter
Click the Reset counter(s)button.
On the left-hand side of the table a check box is displayed for each charge counter.
Check the boxes of the charge counters you want to delete, and click the Reset counter(s) button once again.
Each charge counter with a check mark is reset and the current date and the current time are displayed under Record since.
To select or deselect all the charge counters, click the check box in the table title.
