Route list view

All outgoing calls are routed to a trunk group via a route. Here you will find an overview of all or already configured routes.

Editing a user group

You can edit a route by clicking ID or Name on the corresponding line. In the edit view that opens, you will find more help on the routes and individual settings.

Displaying specific routes only

Routes are always available and cannot be added or deleted. You can use the All / Configured button to show or hide the routes that are not configured.
