SIP registration
You wish to register several corded Mitel SIP phones. All created but not yet registered corded Mitel SIP phones are listed here. You can send e-mails to the assigned user with the registration credentials or re-register phones already registered once but which are no longer working.
Print list
Click Print to print out the list with unregistered Mitel SIP phones, including Registration user name and Registration password.
Tip:
If the list is too long, it may be useful to filter and/or sort the list before printing (see "Filters in lists). The list is printed out exactly as it is displayed.
Send e-mail with registration credentials
If Mitel SIP phones are not available, it is useful to be able to send the registration credentials by e-mail. For this, e-mail addresses must be entered for the assigned users. If this is the case, some buttons are displayed in this view on the top right side of the e-mail addresses.
To send e-mails individually:
Click the Send registration e-mail button.
To send several e-mails:
Highlight one or more checkboxes then click the Send selected registration e-mails button.
Re-register Mitel SIP phones
Situation:
Some Mitel SIP phones had already been registered once, but were reset to the default settings. The phones Status indicates Not registered. Their MAC addresses are still registered but the registration credentials are no longer visible. This is why the phones are not listed in this view.
Remedy:
Click the Re-register phones button on top.A list with all Mitel SIP phones and registered MAC address and assigned users is displayed.
Select the phones you wish to re-register then click again the Re-register phones button.
Restart all selected phones.After start-up, the phones automatically register and are again ready for use.
