Specifying user permissions
(Configuration "User" Permission set view)
Here you can specify which telephony characteristics are available to a user.
The user permissions are set out in the permission sets. In the default configuration each user is assigned permission set 1 and each free seating pool permission set 2.
To change individual permissions for all the users, adapt permission set 1.
To give individual users or user groups different permissions, open a new permission set, adapt it, then in the next step assign it to the users in question.
Create a new permission set and assign it to several users
Click the New button to create a permission set.
Give the permission set a name and specify the permissions. If you have questions about the individual permissions, open the Online help.
Save the new permission set by clicking the Apply button.
In the next configuration step you assign the permission set to one or more users.
