You can also change password via the Phone menu of the voicemail box.

Step by Step

  1. Click on Setup in the sidebar.
    If required, click on the Layout_Overflow.svg to show this button.
  2. Click on My Personal Details.
  3. Click on the Change button, in the Password field.
  4. Enter your current password in the Old password field.
    INFO:
    If the wrong password is entered five times, access to all Contact Center and UC Suite clients will be locked. Unlocking is only possible by the administrator of your communication system.
  5. Enter your new password in the New password and Confirm password fields.
    1. The password must consist of only digits and include at least six digits.
    2. The maximum number of repeated characters is two and the maximum number of sequential characters is three.
    3. The account name (reversed or not) cannot be part of the password.
    4. The user is forced to change the default password after the first use.
    5. The maximum number of erroneous login attempts is five.
    INFO:
    The password is valid for all UC Suite clients and for accessing the voicemail box via the telephone.
  6. Click on OK followed by Save.
