CloudLink Administration
Mitel CloudLink applications are administered through appropriate CloudLink portals available on the Mitel MiAccess Portal. A valid Mitel Account is required to login. CloudLink portals are designed to deploy specific applications or services. Portal functionality is not interchangeable and should be used only to administer the deployed application or the service used. CloudLink portals are available only through Mitel MiAccess and after an application or service is released in each country or region.
CloudLink Policy
To enable personnel to log in to the different CloudLink portals via Mitel MiAccess, the appropriate CloudLink 'policy' must be implemented for individual users (or to users who are part of a bundle) by a Partner Administrator through the Mitel MiAccess user management portal. To enable the policy, raise a request in MiAccess Help.
CloudLink Portals Available through MiAccess
- CloudLink Gateway Portal
Provides information about configuring, managing, and using the CloudLink Gateway to enable communications between an on-premises MiVoice Office PBX and cloud-based Mitel applications.
- Mitel Administration
Provides information about configuring and managing CloudLink accounts for Partners and customers. Any entity that wants to use Mitel cloud applications built on CloudLink must have an account created in this portal. For certain applications such as MiCollab, the user accounts are synchronized with the CloudLink account from the MiCollab servers.
Mitel Administration
Mitel CloudLink applications require a customer account on the CloudLink Platform. CloudLink customer accounts are created and managed through a specific CloudLink portal.
Mitel Partners will manage multiple CloudLink accounts for their own business and for their customers as they deploy CloudLink applications. All CloudLink accounts created under a Partner’s MiAccess Account will be visible from the listed CloudLink portals, regardless of where the application is deployed.
Mitel Partners must perform CloudLink account maintenance through the appropriate CloudLink portal for each application or service used by that account. For example, if the account was created using the Mitel Administration Portal, that same portal should be used to perform account maintenance.
