Limitations

You can add a maximum of 20 contacts in your Microsoft Teams and Outlook directory as speed dials in Mitel Assistant. When logged in to your CloudLink account, you can add and manage up to 100 contacts as speed dials.
If a Microsoft Outlook contact has two phone numbers within any phone category, such as mobile, home, business, etc, the assistant will display only the first number. Additionally, if the second number is added to any of the phone categories, the contact name resolution will not occur in the call history for the second number.
Mitel Assistant shows users who have been disabled in the Global Address List. However, this feature is not supported by the Mitel Assistant app due to a known Microsoft issue.
