Licensing

Mitel Voice Assist does not need a license; it is available to all accounts that have a CloudLink gateway configured, and valid Software Assurance (SWA). The minimum required level of SWA is Advantage/Standard SWA. If the SWA has expired, Mitel Voice Assist cannot be installed.
